Managing Director

Leigh Pearson is a long-standing leader within the retail community with over 28 years of experience in Sustainability, Facilities Management, Strategic sourcing and Indirect Procurement. Her career combines retail leadership, environmental program development, and industry service. Leigh is currently the Managing Director for the Canadian Tire Portfolio at BGIS. She was named to Canada’s Clean50 list in 2014, 2016 and 2025, becoming the only retail representative honored three times, and has held prominent Industry (Connex) board and charitable non-profit board positions.  Her impact includes enterprise-wide environmental programs, renewable energy integration, decarbonization strategies, community engagement and the creation and implementation of sustainable solutions for Canadians
