RPRA’s Registrar Mary Cummins will explore the evolving landscape of extended producer responsibility (EPR). As Ontario’s EPR regulator, RPRA is responsible for implementing and enforcing the province’s regulatory framework. In her keynote, Mary will highlight emerging trends, implementation challenges, cross-provincial harmonization, and efforts to strengthen regulatory effectiveness.
