CONDITIONS OF ATTENDANCE
All attendees agree to:
(i) comply with all Retail Council of Canada (RCC) policies for events as posted or otherwise communicated by RCC;
(ii) promptly comply with all reasonable requests and instructions of RCC and venue representatives and agents; and
(iii) not disrupt the event in any way and behave at all times in a courteous and business-like manner.
It is a condition of attendance that all attendees hereby agree that any failure to comply with these conditions authorizes RCC to expel the non-complying attendee from the event without refund. In addition, attendees hereby agree to reimburse RCC for any damages or costs associated with any such non-compliance.
REGISTRATION POLICIES
Registration will not be processed without full payment. Payment must be made by cheque or credit card in Canadian dollars only. Retail Council of Canada reserves the right to cancel this event and will only be responsible for refunding registration fee prices. Refunds will not be processed after September 18, 2024.

GROUP DISCOUNT
Apply an additional 20% group discount on each registration when 5 or more people register at the same time. Email events@retailcouncil.org if you do not see this discount automatically applied.
SUBSTITUTIONS
All substitution requests must be emailed to events@retailcouncil.org. Substitutions are permitted up to two days prior to the event by providing RCC a replacement registration.
CANCELLATIONS
All cancellation requests must be emailed to events@retailcouncil.org. Refund requests will be permitted up to 30 days prior to the event, but are subject to a $75.00 processing fee, plus HST. To view Retail Council of Canada’s Privacy Policy please visit: retailcouncil.org/privacy-policy
