RCC Membership Types
RCC Retail Member
Includes retailers, retail franchise owners, and Quick Service Restaurants
RCC Associate Member
Includes CPG brands, consultants, financial institutions, service providers, suppliers, and vendors.
RCC Independent Member
Includes independent retail members with sales less than $7M.
Independent Retail Non-Member
Includes full conference pass and a 1-year RCC membership for independent retailers with sales less than $7M.*
Student
Full-time post-secondary program. Please register with your institutional email.
Educator
For professors of educational institutions. Please register with your institutional email.
*Reserved for independent retailers selling directly to consumers. Suppliers, vendors, and service providers are excluded.

Registration Policies
Registration Policy
Registration will not be processed without full payment. Payment must be made by credit card or cheque in Canadian dollars only. Retail Council of Canada reserves the right to cancel this event and will only be responsible for refunding registration fee prices.
Refunds will not be processed after September 28, 2026.
Group Discount
Apply an additional 20% group discount on each registration when 5 or more people register at the same time. Email events@retailcouncil.org if you do not see this discount automatically applied.
Substitutions
All substitution requests must be emailed to events@retailcouncil.org. Substitutions are permitted up to 2 days prior to the event by providing RCC a replacement registration.
Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellation requests must be emailed to events@retailcouncil.org. Refund requests will be permitted up to 30 days prior to the event, but are subject to a $75.00 processing fee, plus HST. Refunds will not be processed after September 28, 2026.
Conditions of Attendance
RCC Policies
All attendees must comply with Retail Council of Canada policies as posted or communicated by RCC, and promptly comply with all reasonable requests and instructions of RCC staff.
Professional Conduct
Attendees must conduct themselves in a courteous and business-like manner at all times. Failure to comply authorizes RCC to remove the attendee and seek reimbursement for related costs.
