Caroline Morissette is Vice-President of the Global McDonald’s Business Unit at McCain Foods, where she leads global collaboration with McDonald’s to build a resilient and sustainable potato supply chain. Her experience bridges agriculture, sustainability, and digital innovation, with a focus on using data and technology to drive real-world environmental impact.

Since joining McCain six years ago, Caroline has led initiatives that help growers collect and use field-level data to improve soil health, reduce resource intensity, and strengthen traceability. She also led an AI project funded by one of Canada’s technology superclusters to better predict harvest schedules and optimize supply chain efficiency.

Before McCain, Caroline worked at Syngenta AG, where she led digital programs enabling growers to use data for sustainable productivity gains. Based in Toronto, she holds degrees from McGill University, the Rotman School of Management, and the University of St. Gallen. Caroline also serves on the Board of Directors of DIGITAL and is the proud mum of two daughters, both enthusiastic fans of Happy Meals and the world’s best French Fries.
