At Procter and Gamble, Ashley Fill leads sustainability for global home care brands including Cascade, Swiffer, Fairy, Dawn and Febreze. She is executing the brands’ circularity strategy and driving consumer habit change to reduce water and energy use at home. She is a 2022 Trellis Group 30 Under 30 honoree, 2x keynote speaker at Sustainable Brands, and earned her master’s in sustainability leadership at Cambridge University.
