Kristina Friedman serves as the Head of Sustainability for North America at Unilever. Where she works across the business in the US and Canada to help enable progress on the company’s sustainability priorities: Climate, Nature, Plastics, and Livelihoods.
She has 20 years of experience working in the corporate, financial, and government sectors providing guidance and solutions on impact-related topics, including a decade of environmental expertise. Most recently, she led the global environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategy at PayPal, collaborating across the organization to establish and implement its ESG program. Prior to PayPal, Ms. Friedman worked at Calvert Research and Management as a lead ESG research analyst, and before that she held various roles at the US Environmental Protection Agency, US House of Representatives, and Citigroup.
